The firm is led by Paul B. Vernon, a retired police captain with 33 years of law enforcement experience. His career included patrol, training, Internal Affairs, executive staff assignments, detective operations, media relations, patrol command, citywide crime analysis, and command-level review of critical incidents.

Mr. Vernon’s experience includes:
